AREA Advisory National was built by experienced, full time high performing real estate advisors, with backgrounds experience spanning finance, economics, business, contracts, and real estate investment. We have seen firsthand how often clients are underrepresented in complex transactions, often without realizing it until after the transaction is complete, if at all. For people outside the industry, it is nearly impossible to distinguish between experienced and inexperienced agents, or to gauge factors such as integrity, communication, level of representation and attention, etc. This is especially true in a landscape shaped by social media, marketing, and overall visibility versus real estate knowledge, true production and execution.
